Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 16 rheem furnace. Cleaned flame sensor. Blew out water trap. Left new 16251 filter. 11.7%o2. 44 ppm co in flu.  0 ppm co in supply. 35 degree deltat. No issues at this point in time

Performed yearly maintenance on 23 payne furnace. Cleaned flame sensor. 49 ohm igntion. 10.6%o2. 46 ppm co in flu 0 ppm co in supply replaced 14251 filter. 45 degree deltat. Performed yearly maintenance on older Garage furnaceunit is running safely at this point in time. No issues at this time. 46 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. 59 degree deltat. Unit is in rough overall shape. Will most likely need to be replaced in coming years.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 22 Bryant furnace. Customer maintains 213 filter. Unit running in first stage with 11.8%o2. 17 ppm co in flu. 25 degree delta t. Too warm in home for furnace to run in second stage. 52 ohm igntion. No issues found at this time.

Annual maintenance check on Bryant furnace

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 23 payne air conditioning system. Found 35/5 voltage absorption system reading 35/5 43 inrush amps. Cleaned condenser no issues at this time. Replaced 14251 filter.

Returned to replace gas valve. Performed repair and cycled system. Set gas pressure to 1.5. 12.6%o2. 0 ppm co in flu. 40 degree delta t. Furnace cycled into high fire. Gas pressure set to 3.3. 9.5%o2 0 ppm co in flu 44 degree delta t.

Responded to no heat. Furnace shutting off after startup. Found flame sensing system charred providing weak signal. Presented hm15 a-e customer chose option a. Opted to not sign up for maintenance but will call when wanting to replace. Performed repair. 65 degree deltat. Cycled furnace multiple times to ensure operation. 5.7%o2. 10 ppm co in flu.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2018 Bryant 80% down flow. Cleaned flame sensor. 49 ohm ignition. 23 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Offered tank flush for $69 while present for SCFC. CUSTOMER accepted. Flushed tank. Resupplied water to tank. Lit pilot. Purged air from water system advised air may still be in line to bathroom, once air is purged warm water will follow. Ensured Warm water flowing from kitchen sink before departure. Replaced customer supplied 213. No issues at this time.

Replaced failed contactor and added start assist to reduce energy consumption and extend compressor lifetime on a Rheem air conditioner

Upon arrival found faulted equipment is single back RTU. RTU is near dryer vent, vent cause build up of lint on roof causing 2-4 inches standing water near electrical compartment. Advised will need cleaned and call us back for completed diagnostics.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on Lennox rooftop package units. Founs no sign of concern at this point. Cleaned all coils. Cleaned all washable filters. Replaced 8-20*25*2 filters, and 4-20*20*2. All disconnects on.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2016 Rheem air conditioning system. Found 40/5 voltage absorbed in system reading 40/5. No signs of overheating or pitting on voltage distribution system or inside disconnects. 68 RA 48 SA. REPLACED 16251 filter. No concerns at this time. Informed customer of surge protection. Customer will think about it and get back to us.

Found call for cool upon arrival. Found outdoor system no cycled on. Found contactor stuck open cycled contactor multiple times. Opening and closing at this point. Replaced 14251 customer supplied. Found voltage absorption system miswired causing excess heat and damage to system. Informed customer of issues. Sh3a for wire repair. HD3 FOR contactor repair. Customer interested in full system replacement. Jamie on his way now to give quote.

Responded to improper cooling call. Turned breakers on for ac and furnace upon arrival and called for cooling. Found system cycled on properly without issue. Ran with 15 degree delta t. Customer stated thermostat wouldn’t turn system off. Ran until house was 57 degrees before customer turned breakers off to system. Technician cycled system through thermostat multiple times without cause for concerns system properly cycled each time. Informed customer does sound like a intermittent thermostat or board issue cannot confirm or deny source of experience however everything is working good at this time. Found dirty condenser also found 3” hole in flue pipe as well as surface rust and holes in metal flu pipe. Informed customer of health hazard and advised it to get fixed before heating season. Customer opted to get replaced today presented option HM13A-E for replacement. Customer chose option a. Technician retrieved needed parts and performed repair. Customer opted to clean condenser themselv

Re lit pilot light on Bradford white water heater. Temperature was turned up too high causing unit to trip the limit.

Performed yearly maintenance and service check, found voltage absorption system outside of manufacture specifications, showed options HN10 A-E, customer declined repairs at this time.
