Completed annual maintenance on a 2022 Bryant furnace. During testing of unit the technician found no electrical protection device, and the air filter replaced to be very dirty. Customer stated filter has been in for a year. Technician reminded customer the style of filter used is replaced every 4 to 6 months. Technician presented options hb7a-e. Customer will talk it over with spouse and contact office if they decide to move forward with the install. Technician left customer fresh air corporation information as ductwork was dirty and had not been serviced since 2010. Technician created inspection hole for combustion analyzer. No issues at time of departure.

Made call for cooling found voltage absorption system outside manufacture specifications on fan side. Condenser pretty dirty with hair. Hn13 a-e custoemr chose option b to also have system cleaned. During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device, and the air filter replaced dated back to April of 2022. The technician also found the air circulation system to be in rough shape and humming while operating. Furnace is over 20 years old. Customer will contact office about replacement upon failure. Technician presented options hb7a-e. Customer declined at this time. Technician reminded customer her air filter is replaced 4-6 months and not yearly. Technician left customer fresh air corporation information for duct cleaning. No issues at time of departure.

Water leak on a 2012 York air conditioner. Upon initial inspection technician found water leaking from indoor coil. Technician verified charge was low via gauges. Technician used leak detector and found leak an indoor coil. Technician presented options hl1a-e. Customer stated she would shop around for other quotes. Technician collected $79 service charge.

No cool on a 2016 Bryant air conditioner. Technician tried to cycle unit and found voltage enhancement system to be almost completely drained. Technician presented options Hn13a-e. Customer chose option c. Technician replaced voltage enhancement system with upgraded option, as well as electrical protection device. Technician cycled unit successfully after repairs were complete. 19° temperature split. No issues at time of departure.

Technician presented options hn1a-e. Customer chose option c. Technician replaced Voltage enhancement system, install, electrical protection system, as well as performance kit. Technician cycled unit successfully after repairs were made. No issues at time of departure.
