During testing of the unit the technician found the 4” air filter to be very dirty, and no electrical protection device for the furnace. Technician presented options SH8a-e. Customer chose option a. Technician completed repair and cycled unit successfully. Customer opted for humidifier service today. Technician verified successful operation and drainage of humidification system, set humidity settings at 35%, and changed 10wp. No issues at time of departure.

During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for the furnace or the air circulation system. Customer stated he will buy a surge protector and install himself. No issues at time of departure.

During testing of the unit the technician found dirt/debris buildup on the air circulation system. First day to that due to age of the unit the air circulation system will not be cleaned at this point, and will be looking to install a new furnace in the coming year. No issues at time of departure.
