Performing maintenance on 2 2009 carrier air conditioners. Customer mentioned thermostat was blank. Found system showing code 13 for limit lockout. Filter not very dirty. Limit switch stuck closed. Removed limit and loosened to reopen. She said there are some supply vents closed for that system. Let her know to open them, if it get stuck closed again we can replace the limit switch. Customer asking about WiFi smart thermostat. Discussed features with her and showed her options for the t6 pro WiFi for $437 after 10% discount for service club. Also let her know she can purchase her own WiFi stat if she doesnt want to do the t6 pro WiFi. We can install for her $190 after 10% discount for service club. She is going to do some research before making any decisions.
2016 rheem air conditioner. Completed mechanical, safety, and performance test on air conditioner. Found concern with high inrush current to compressor. Recommended adding performance kit reduce inrush current, prevent damage to compressor motor winding and increase compressor life. Showed options on page hn1. Hose hn1a. Completed repair. Amps dropped from 74 to 44. All okay at this time.
2018 rheem air conditioner. Completed mechanical, safety, and performance test on air conditioner. All okay at this time. Customer Mentioned him and his family have allergies all year around and was looking for some Ways to help control allergens Inside the home. Discussed benefits of a iwave air purification system and left a brochure. He also mentioned filters get dirty very fast. I recommended having the ducts cleaned and gave information for fresh air Corp As well as possibly upgrading his filter cabinet. He does have room to move the return duct and install April air filtration system. Customer wants to research a bit more into the iwave, let him know to give us a call if he decides he wants to have one put in.

2000 concord furnace. Water leaking into furnace. Found condensate drain clogged in multiple places. Offered options for replacing drain line on page ho2. Chose ho2a. Replace pipe and flushed condensate pump. All okay at this time.
Complete mechanical, safety, and performance test on air conditioner. Found start up module for performance kit dead. Compressors start amps are higher than max. Recommended replacement of performance kit to drop inrush current to compressor. Provided options on page hn1. Customer chose Hn1c. Installed new performance kit and upgraded voltage absorption system. Renovated electrical terminations. Cycled unit. All okay at this time.
Performing maintenance on 2 2012 Bryant air conditioners and a mr. slim ductless mini split system. Found bad capacitor on one of the air conditioners. Unit covered under parts and labor warranty. Customer picked basic repair. Completed repair and tested unit.
