Completed annual maintenance on a 2010 Bryant furnace. During testing of the unit the technician found dirt beginning to form on air circulation system, and rust on burner cells although no cracks were present at this time. This is something to monitor moving forward. Customer maintains their humidification system. No issues at time of departure.

Completed annual maintenance on a 2004 Bryant furnace. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. Technician replaced 16254 air filter covered under contract. Technician observed air circulation system beginning to accumulate dirt/dust, this is something to monitor moving forward. Flue pipe also beginning to show signs of breakdown, but is still sell them at this point. No issues at time of departure.

Technician presented options hb7a-e. Customer chose option a. Technician cycled unit successfully after repair was complete. Customer reminded customer one inch filters are changed monthly. Customer stated he can’t change them due to being disabled and will ask family/friends to help. Technician collected service club renewal today. No issues at time of departure.

During testing of the unit the technician found the performance kit previously installed to be just within manufactures specifications, the voltage distribution system to show signs of age/pitting, and oil leaking from outdoor fan motor. Technician presented options Hc7 a-e. Customer will call back after vacation to have repairs complete. Option C will cover motor, performance kit, and electrical distribution system. No issues at time of departure.

Upon arrival made call for cooling. Found indoor unit cycled on properly. Heat pump outdoors. Found disconnect laying on ground. Put disconnect back in. Unit cycled on in heat. Found multiple concerns with equipment. 2-3 inch gap on underside of filter rack. No filter in rack. Dirty blower motor wheel. Broken condensation drain. Customer only wants cooling to system. Moved o wire to y terminal to get cooling when calling. Sh3a. Found 74 RA 56 SA. Customer is aware he will loose operation of heat function of heat pump., still has furnace heat for house. customer will correct drain and put new filter in.

Found indoor system cycled on properly outdoor system fan was running compressor failed to start. 45/5 voltage absorption system reading 26nf/4.7 not allowing compressor to cycled. Informed customer of findings quoted hn13 a-e. Customer has $65 limited manufacture warranty credit towards any repair. Customer chose option E also informed customer of annual maintenance and safety checks. Customer chose to sign up today. Performed Repair and SCAC Today. Found system running with 74 RA 54 SA. No further concerns at this point in time.

HE7 a-e. Customer chose option C. $65 limited manufacture warranty credit. Retrieved parts and performed repair. Cycled heat pump to ensure operation. Also added surge protection and replaced voltage distribution system under repair.

No further concerns covered under warranty no charge per office.
