Josh was on-time, courteous, professional and - most importantly - very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on my humidifier unit (which had not previously been done) and made some recommendations for improving my HVAC performance. Josh was very thorough and he obviously takes great pride in his work. And it shows. Thanks.

Josh’s a wonderful service technician and a joy to speak with. He’s been to my house several times and has always done a great job. In fact, the last time he was in my house I complained that I was smelling a little dampness. He tweaked the humidifier and the smell disappeared. Fabulous.

Myra - Columbus, OH
I was not happy with the way the pipe went across my floor and saw no reason for it. Josh took photos foryou to see how it was done. If it needed a new pump when the a/c was put in it should have been done. Have always experienced good service with your company. He took care of the pipe problem. Will be in touch regarding service contract.

Checked drain line and it is clear, no clogs. Completed ac maintenance while I was there before troubleshooting. Checked pressures and used drop cloth to build head pressure and pressures are good. When I pulled customers filter it was very dirty and they use filtrete filters. Customer mentioned she has just changed the filter 2 weeks ago. They are in the middle of moving so I explained while moving furniture around it could be causing a lot of debris to break loose in the ductwork plugging the filter. They have several animals. Left information to contact fresh aire Corp for duct cleaning and let her know to keep an eye of the filters.
Trane gas furnace. Customer has mentioned he has hot water. Check water heater and found pilot out. Cycled furnace and hear fuel delivery system solenoid open but did it fire up the burner assembly. Pulled drip leg and found no gas. Let customer know he needs to call columbia gas to see why there is no gas. Customer asked if we could return when gas is restored to check system. recommended having system serviced and cleaned, it is very dirty. Showed options on page hk5. Wants to call Columbia gas to see why there is no gas and may call us to some service furnace.
