It’s a long-time company and they do not shout with constant TV ads but Sears Heating and Cooling has serviced my system for decades, and when things have gone wrong, they are very prompt to respond. Things very rarely go wrong though, they prevent it by servicing. They emphasize ongoing training for their experienced staff. If you want a reliable company and employees that stick by you for decades, this is the company.
