2006 carrier gas furnace and 2018 Bryant gas furnace. Customer mentioned family room downstairs and master bathroom upstairs not heating. Customer mentioned she has noticed this for roughly a week. Both furnaces operating correctly. Combustion tests showed good. Increased airflow on both furnaces. Found all registers in family room not emitting any air. Customer told me that usually is gone all winter so this is the first year she has been here. She also mentioned a lot of renovations had be done several years ago due to a flood. Offered for her to get an estimate on a ductless mini split for the family room. Customer wants to get her fireplace converted and working and see if that will be enough to heat the room. Master bathroom is above the garage, which is also a reason the master bathroom is having trouble staying at temperature. Increasing the airf
