When Do I Need a Repair?
There are a few different signs that could signal that it’s time for a repair on your heating and cooling system. Some of the most popular signs include:
- Not cold or hot air being produced
- Strange noises
- Strange odors
- Water leaking from your furnace
If you are experiencing any of these issues, your best bet is to first check your furnace filter to see if it is still clean. A dirty filter is the most common contributor to furnace and air conditioner breakdowns. If your filter looks ok, it’s best to call a professional HVAC company to come and take a look.

Current temp rise is 54 and within specs from Bryant. External static pressure through air distribution system is currently 1.7 inches water column. System should be between .5-.8.
