Technician found one cause for concern being flue pipe rusted on turning veins rust has eight through allowing gaps in metal. Informed customer of issues and quoted hm12 a-e. Customer chose option a. Replaced flue and cycled system. No further concerns at this time.

Responded to leaking water call. Found puddle of water on floor below fresh air run. Performed series of diagnostic steps to find fresh air damper working correctly. Air conditioner dehumidifying correctly. No signs of water damage or signs of water present above, on, or around fresh air run in question. Around walls or floor where puddle is present. No cause for concern that water coming from duct work. Couldn’t find where water coming from. Did happen to find high head pressure and sub cooling present in running conditions. Found outdoor unit has layer of debris covering coil. Informed customer of issue. Informed customer of maintenance agreement and checks. Customer chose to sign up today. Inrush amps before install read 59 after install reduced to 34. No other concerns at this time.

Completed annual maintenance on a 2004 Bryant air conditioner. All mechanical components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit technician observed initial amp draw of the compressor outside of manufacturers specifications. Technician presented options HN1A-E. Customer chose to wait and see about the repair next spring.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2017 Bryant air conditioning system. Due to ambient temperature of 54 degrees technician couldn’t get accurate temperature drop, also couldn’t allow unit to run for extended periods of time. Mechanical checks show voltage absorption system running 40.6/4.9 rated 40/5 LRA Rated 64 found unit pulling 66.7 LRA. informed customer of finding, informed of performance enhancement system and surge protection system. Also found penetration sealant receding allowing gap on penetration hole. Presented options HN1 To address concerns customer stated he has whole house surge protection and chose option B to add hard start kit and replace sealant and armaflex. Performed repair and cycled unit. No further concerns at this time. Left 16*25*1 filter with customer. Cleaned coil and cycled unit before departure to ensure operation.
