Found compressor had bad rattle noise. Customer stated ice has been built up around the unit in past. System has small leak previously noted did not specify whether internal leak sealant was used informed customer of issues risk and overall situation customer interested in new system sales person Heading out now to give a quote for replacement customer decided to stay on service plan for today.

Found 21 amps per circuit. 15 kw heat kit. .44 static in high heat .18 TESP IN HP HEAT. 18 degree delta t. Thermostat cycled through modes correctly and within manufacture specifications customer opted for humidifier coverage. Changed #10 wp. No concerns at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated she sets temp to 68 at night and 70 upon waking for the day. Stated she’s changed temp to 70 furnace never kicked on temp inside house went lower about to 66. Found codes 10 11 12 being thrown. Ignition failure 1 hr lockout and low flame sense. Recycled furnace to find furnace faultingse mode after startup. SC customer. Technician did scfc 10/10/22 found excess residue on sensor. Replaced sensor under sc membership. Service charge only today. Cycled furnace multiple times without fault . Found 9.2 o2 15 ppm co. 0 in supply. 50 degree delta t. No concerns.

Found 0 ppm co with ambient test. 29 ppm co in flu with 87 degree stack temp. 1.8inwc gas pressure. 72 RA 109 SA 37 degree delta t .44 TESP in low fire. 18PPM ppm co in flue with 93 degree stack temp. 3.4 in wc gas pressure. 74 RA 125 SA 51 degree delta t. .42 TESP in high fire.found one concern with gas line. Furnace does not have dedicated drip leg. Picture uploaded. Thermostat stealing 0.0 volts quoted Sh3a-e customer rejected repairs at this time. Informed customer of purification and humidifier systems. Customer will wait for accessories
