Presented options HD2 a through E customer chose option C performed voltage distribution system repair as well as cleaned condenser coil and replaced voltage absorption system. Responded to no heat. Gas company stated pressure loss past shut off. Checked for leaks via electronic gas leak detector. Found no sign of leak. Double checked for leaks with big blu micro leak micro bubble soap solution. Found no sign of leak around all joints and fittings. Customer was present to find no bubbles as well. Customer stated gas tech said it may be in gas control. Advised typical process is to shut off all gas shut offs and test to shut offs then once passing test use electronic leak detector on equipment side of line. Advised if he allowed any psi to gas valve gas valve would not be able to hold pressure back. Cannot confirm or deny. No obvious sign of gas leak at gas valve. Offered to replaced gas valve Customer is not interested at this time. Advised customer of service club as well as furnace age. 02 furnace. Started furnace up. Found 0 ppm co in flu. Furnace operating properly at this time. No gas leak found near shut off via bubbles or electronic detector. Colle

Upon arrival thermostat stated pressure switch closed inducer off. Found pressure switch stuck closed not allowing furnace to cycle. Opened pressure switch circuits. Cycled multiple times. Customer stated fireplace would light and burn for intermittent times sometimes for a couple hours sometimes 5-15 minutes. Cycled fireplace on. Watched fireplace for 10-15 minutes with no fault. Advised gas valve has fail safe that may be kicking in due to age. Roughly 07 system. Also advised may be wall switch however cannot determine due to lack of fault. Called for pricing and availability of gas valve. Supply house stated they do not carry Lennox fireplace and thinks they shutdown division. Called Lenox directly and they confirmed, no parts fireplace division shut down years ago. Informed customer of issues

Found water streaks down hot water tank as well. Presented issue with customer advised possibly may want to get b vent looked at if not previously aware. Referred prosweep. Customer stated he may have them look at wood chimney as well. 37 degree deltat

Complete the furnace check on a 2001 Bryant furnace. During testing of the unit technician found air filter to be very dirty, the air circulation system to have large amounts of hair/dirt build up, the ignition system manufacturers specifications, no electrical protection device, and rust and discoloration on burners and cells. Customer stated due to age of unit No repairs will be made today. Technician left customer information pamphlet regarding service club. Customer may call in to join prior to AC season.
