Blower motor had failed on Trane furnace. Due to age a Furnace customer decided to replace. We are installing a Bryant furnace on Monday.

Made call for cooling upon arrival. Indoor system cycled on outdoor system failed to cycle. Upon taking over electrical cover spotted multiple ear wigs falling and scurrying away, unit started up immediately after. Found concern with slide having bigger then normal ark flash upon connecting.. pulled low voltage to test ark flash multiple times. Significant flash every time. Customer had part replaced with 1 year warranty that ended in march 23. Advised fault possibly due to bugs getting into slide area. Also could be having issues with slide getting stuck. Explained Concern with switch welding itself shut with ark flash. Hd3 customer chose option a. Performed repair and cycled system. System is running properly at this point in time.
