Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 20 Bryant furnace. Found 49 ohm ignition. 13%o2. 12 ppm co in supply. 40 degree deltat. Furnace properly cycled into high stage. Running with 7.9%o2 7ppm co in flu. 53 degree deltat. No concerns at this time. Left new 16254 filter under service plan. Customers current filter is clean. Customer wants to drop filter coverage for next renewal.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks in 2010 Bryant furnace. Found furnace running with 33 degree delta t. Found 9.61 %o2. Found 443 ppm co in flu on low heat stat made call for medium heat. Found ppm in flu up over 800 checked flu termination. Flu is clear of blockage. Called for pricing and availability. Repair is hm42 customer chose to replace furnace. Chose 987 furnace to be installed tomorrow.

Found 40/5 voltage absorption system reading 36.7/5.5. Explained part is right in manufacture specifications possibly expect repair next year if not done before fault. Found rusty condenser fan motor. Customer wants to wait for now and address next year.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks On 2007 Bryant air handler heat pump how to tablets to drain replaced 1625 one filter. Clean condenser coil, found mindset insulation dry rotted almost non existent. Found voltage absorption system rated 42.5/5 reading 36/5. Found pitting on distribution system. Found burning pitting on board near resistors. Informed customer of concerns customer is aware and is not interested in repairs at this point.
Completed annual maintenance on a 2021 Bryant air conditioner. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for the unit. Technician presented options hb7a-e. Customer chose option a. Technician completed repair and cycled unit successfully. Technician left air filter for customer as current filter had recently been changed. No issues at time of departure.
Completed annual maintenance on a Goodman air conditioner. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit, the technician found no electrical protection device for the furnace, the voltage enhancement system out of manufacturers specifications, as well as the initial amp draw being outside of manufacturers specifications. Technician presented options hb7a-e, hn13a-e. Customer wanted quote sent through email. Technician was unable to run compressor due to outdoor temperature. Technician informed customer if any issues occur to contact office. We were just out a couple weeks ago, technician left new filter by the unit. Technician collected service club renewal today. No issues at time of departure.
Returned to complete furnace repair. Continued diagnostics to confirm diagnostic. Found we can manipulate wall control to lock out furnace at 40 degrees. Cannot change temperature adjustment for backup heat past 1 degree. Lockout at 40 allows us to change set temperature as warm as needed without calling for gas heat as long as ambient temp is above 40. Between 35-40 customer understands +2 degree difference will turn on backup heat.
Upon arrival customer stated usually temp is set to 70. Woke up this morning to 73 inside house. Set to 70. Roughly 53 ambient temp. Customer stated thermostat indicated gas heat on, thermostat stated to change filter. Customer changed filter and turned power off to unit. Resupplied power found thermostat reading 68. Eventually rose to 74 to match other temp reading devices in home. Went through setup with lead techs. System set up properly. Lockout at 35 degrees. Went through test runs system cycled on properly in each mode. Did not collect service charge today as tech was out 1/24. Please send tech with lead tech If issue reoccurs if possible.
Responded to no heat. Found code 13 for system lockout running heat pump. Customer stated it ran blower it high speed yesterday. Reset system. Ran syatem test found 1.2 static. Found 20251 filter to have drywall substance on it causing restriction. Replaced filter and cycled system. Blower audibly running less rpm. 6 min high med low test. Furnace cycled through testing properly with .22 static when replaced with a new filter. Sh3a. No further concerns

Found concern with outside voltage absorption system outside manufactures specifications as well as browning on control board near resistors informed customer of concerns customer would like to let go at this time and possibly address at a later date. No further concerns at this time
Completing the annual maintenance on a 2006 Bryant heat pump. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for the outdoor unit and no water detection device for the indoor unit. Customer declined at this time. Technician recommended customer replace air filter monthly, as the one replaced was very dirty. Customer was under assumption the filters were replaced every three months. No issues at time of departure.
Furnace is modular home furnace. Seers does not work on this type of equipment nor can get parts. Advised customer to call American air Fairfield heating and cooling or pure comfort to have issue looked at

Technician replaced 16x25x4 filter covered under service agreement. No issues at time of departure.

Found concern with inducer motor making grinding noise while running call for pricing and availability for inducer motor supply house does have inducer motor in sock at this time presented options HM 41 a through E customer decided to wait and prepare financially for when inducer motor gets worse
Found drain pan and line bone dry. Poured 3 glasses of water to ensure draining. Found coupler not glued. Glued for customer. Pressures are good no cause for freezing concern. Found filter dirty changed for customer. No further concerns
Returned for completion of Hn1b performed repairs. Cycled unit. System is running properly at this time.
Returned for repair diagnostic. Found issue with thermistors on unit intermittently working. Called for pricing and availability. Presented options hn1 b-e. Customer chose option b. Ordered parts on schedule for repair tomorrow evening

Upon arrival technician had customer make call for heat as customer stated dog wasn’t the friendliest. Made call, found a 82degree SH, According to manufacture chart desired SH should be around 12, quoted options HJ2 customer chose option A to try to get through summer, customer understands no warranty no guarantee On refrigerants. Informed customer of leak seal but informed not guaranteed to work. Customer chose to pass at this time and proceed with repair filled out leak paper signed and uploaded weighed in refrigerant to desired SH had customer put thermometer in closest vent to furnace. Running within manufacture specifications at this time
