Completed annual maintenance on a 2019 American Standard furnace. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device for the furnace. Technician presented options hb7a-e. Customer declined at this time. Technician replaced customer provided to 13 filter that was very dirty, as well as added condensate tabs to pump. Customer declined humidifier service today. No issues at time of departure

2016 Bryant air conditioner. Completed mechanical, safety, and performance test on air conditioner. All okay at this time. Customer interested not the iwave. Discussed benefits with her and gave her a brochure. She wanted to have installed today. Showed her how to set blower fan to continuous to get max results from iwave.

2019 American standard gas furnace and aprilaire 600m humidifier. Found saddle valve closed not allowing water to pass into humidifier solenoid. Adjusted water flow for humidifier and tested unit. Set humidistat at 35%. Performed combustion analysis on furnace. Ppm co 8/11% o2/flue temp 94 degrees. Discussed with customer operation of humidifier. He mentioned he did. It close the saddle valve and was unaware it was there. Saddle valve is set where it needs to be and does not need to closed during off season. Only turn off humidistat and close bypass damper. All okay at this time.
