Completion Notes: Upon arrival unit running at 11 degree temp split. Technician preformed pressure test to find correct charge. Technician adjusted airflow into coil to get 18 degree temp split upon departure. No further concerns informed customer it will take a while for temp to go down. If unit still doesn’t seem to be running properly to call us back

Perfomed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2018 Rheem heat pump system. Unit is running properly and within manufacture specifications at this time. Informed customer of hard start and surge protection accessories customer isn’t interested at this time will consider for fall check.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2017 Lennox air conditioning unit. Unit running with 20 degree delta t. Cleaned coil and fan blades. Mechanical checks show a couple signs for concern, first being within the voltage absorption system, reading 42.7/5, manufacture specification rated at 45/5 +/- 5% LRA reading 64. Manufacture specifications rate LRA at 64. Informed customer of concerns and informed customer of hard start kit and surge protection accessories to help reduce stress. Technician ipad was laying in sun while preformed yearly maintenance and safety checks, when presenting concerns ipad wouldn’t operate for overheating safety, could not present options. Customer would like called with options at earliest convenience.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2019 carrier air conditioner unit. Due to ambient temperature technician didn’t let unit run for extended periods of time, also couldn’t get accurate temperature drop. Filter was half sucked into furnace. Customer stated 3 month filter cycle. Technician recommended going to a 1 month cycle. Found excess dirt at bottom of return drop took video and presented to customer. Customer stated they have a duct cleaning company. Did not give out fresh air corp card. Informed customer of air purification systems customer will think about it due to recently having a Child. Unit is within manufacture specifications mechanically. No concerns at this time.

Technician found concern in voltage absorption system, also noticed compressor start up a little rough. Presented options HN13 A-E talked about options and services provided within packages, customer chose option D to address concerns. Performed discussed repairs. Due to ambient temperatures technician could not get delta T. Cycled unit no further concerns at this time.

Upon arrival thermostat calling for heat set to 68. Actual temperature in house 58 per stat. Furnace showing hard lockout code. Found seized up blower motor called supplier to find none in stock. Unavailable until march 20th. Supplier has universal option. Explained to customer the cons of universal vs OEM customer understands the difference and would like to proceed with universal blower motor. Customer filling out financing For approval. Customer approved for financing. Chose option b to proceed with blower and voltage absorption system repair. Technician found OEM BLOWER and retrieved. Performed repair. Cycled system multiple times to ensure proper performance. 103 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Furnace is running proper and within manufacture specifications at this time.
