Completed annual maintenance on a 2021 comfortmaker furnace. And during testing of the unit the technician found no electrical protection device, the air filter to be installed incorrectly, and ductwork to have large amounts of dust/hair build up. Customer not interested in electrical protection device at this time. Technician left fresh air corporation information for duct cleaning, as well as iwave information for air cleaner. Customer may call back at a later time for the install. Technician left filter beside unit as filter has recently been changed, and created inspection hole for combustion analysis. No issues at time of departure.

Completed annual maintenance on a 2021 comfortmaker air conditioner. During testing of the unit, the technician found no electrical protection device and the outdoor unit to be very dirty. Technician explained this would cause issues for the unit to keep up. Customer not interested in electrical protection device today. Technician left air filter beside unit as filter had been recently changed. No issues at time of departure.

Customer has leak above hot water tank. Old silinoid valve abandoned with old saddle valve. Plastic tube melted from hot water supply spraying water. Saddle valve also leaking. Advised customer technician can replace saddle valve with new valve to seal hole and rid of tubing. Customer called plumber friend to help out. Should be taken care of tomorrow. Collected service charge.

Completion Notes: Edit Completion Notes Returned for diagnostic pilot won’t keep lit on 21 hot water tank. Found weak thermocouple not allowing gas valve to stay lit. HM15 a-e customer chose option a. 65 dollar limited manufacture warranty credit 5% senior citizens discount. Performed repair. Cycled system. Allowed to run for 5-10 minutes. Unit running upon arrival. Warm water coming from faucet. No further concerns at this point in time.

Upon arrival customer has emailed invoice with measure quick pictures. Technician did ac check. Stated system was low on charge but performing properly. Quoted over 500 to top off system. Found system was slightly low on refrigerant maybe a couple ounces. Found no leak in attic or around condenser. System was installed 21 in march. Explained different weather conditions effect refrigerant pressures, measure quick is new technology with better equipment takes reading from probes calculates readings and gives perfect in lab goal points. System is running properly and in acceptable ranges. 65 in house customer stated system had cooled very well since installed.

Made call for cooling upon arrival. Found upflow furnace has p trap. Found clog in p trap not allowing drain to properly dispose of condensation. Informed customer of issue and options moving forward. Offered to cut out trap and replace with clean out tee or blow out p trap. Customer opted to have p trap removed and replaced with clean out tee that he can blow out or pour cleaning solution down. Advised white distilled vinegar is the best cleaning agent annually. Advised customer of yearly maintenance customer will get back to us about routine maintenance.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on thousand six Rheem air conditioning system. Found 45/5 resorption system reading 45/5. Found high ohms and start winding of fan motor as well as rust on exterior of motor. Found insulation on mindset dry rotted missing chunks. HC8 for motor. Customer chose option A. Paid half will return this afternoon to replace part. Cleaned condenser. 68 RA. 50 SA. added tabs to drain. 413 filter.

AC Repair for non-functioning air conditioner - Found decent refrigerant levels but due to dirty indoor and outdoor coils refrigerant levels can be deceiving, informed customer of findings found vapor saturation temperature around 20° refrigerant will cause coil to freeze up informed customer of issues and procedure to know if refrigerant levels are low quoted hj2. Returned for no heat. Found furnace not operating in lockout. Found no safety switches tripped. Reset s system and attempted call for heat. Found proper voltage at gas valve but gas valve failed to open. Confirmed gas to valve. Upgraded customer to silver repair to replace gas valve. Completion Notes: Edit Completion Notes Upon arrival thermostat calling for heat reading 69, 69 actual temp. Furnace running. 74RA 134 SA. 60 degree delta t. Rated 30-60. Found filter slightly dirty. Customer recently blew out vents. Customer cleaned under side of coil and dropped vacuum attachment inside furnace. Coil lineset run through drywall Ceiling cannot get attachment unless coil or heat exchanger is pulled. Customer stated it would run for 3 min then cycle off. Completely for 6 and turn back on. Allowed furnace to run for 20 min. Cycled off through stat for 10-15 then cycled back on for 20 min. Thermostat cycled system on and off properly but technician and homeowner noticed thermostat skipped 72. Situation at hand may be caused by thermostat issue skipping degrees. All vents open and moving air. Furnace did not fault or have issues. Terminated properly. Slightly high delta t. No further concerns at this time. 52 ppm co in flu 0 in supply.

1998 Bryant furnace. Found ignition system reading 89 ohms. Outside manufacture specifications. Cleaned flame sensor. Found thermostat stealing 0.0 volts. Blower pulling 4.1 amps. Voltage absorption system reading 6.9 rated 7.5, part is also outside manufacture specifications. No cracks/ corrosion spotted on heat exchanger. No gas leak found via electronic leak detector. Found inducer right outside manufacture specifications pulling 1.9 amps rated 1.8. 10 ppm co in flue 0 in supply. Changed 16251 filter. 71 RA 106 SA 35 degree delta t .67 TESP. Presented concerns to customer, customer wants to play it out due to age of system.

Completed annual maintenance on a 1997 Bryant furnace. All electrical, mechanical and safety components of the system check out at this time. During testing of the unit the technician found multiple concerns. The air circulation system has dirt buildup within the system, the ignition system read well outside manufacturers specifications, the flu pipe had several spots of breakdown although still solid at this time, and no electrical protection device for the furnace. Customer stated only wanted to get through the winter before getting a new full system. Initial cycle failed due to faulty ignition system. Customer only wanted to address ignition system today. Technician presented options Hm2a-e. Customer chose option A. Technician completed repair and cycled unit successfully. Technician also spoke to customer about adding a humidification system to the Home as she has a very large piano in the living room. Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2021 Bryants 90% gas furnace. Adjusted gas pressures accordingly system is running properly and within manufacturer specifications at this time with no calls for concerns. Hot water tank 2020 model A.O. SMITH offered to drain the hot water tank today with service club $69 today $129 for sole trip to drain HWT Customer gas technician drain tank. Shut off gas ball valve as well as unit gas valve, shut off water at meter and performed drain. Allowed tank to refill before starting gas valve. Allowed tank to warm up for roughly 10 min. Purged lines to kitchen sink and informed customer same may happen upstairs. No concerns if so let air purge and hot water will begin to flow. Kitchen sink has hot water upon departure no concerns

Technician found multiple concerns, blower motor had been replaced repair tech at time didn’t get blower on rails correctly allowing significant vibration.
