Before departure customer called back and said door didn’t seem shut. He pushed door in and unit lit and cycled on. Customer has concerns wants someone to check to see if doors need adjusted.. advised office will call in morning to schedule to have doors looked at.

Performed dyealry maintenance and safety checks on Lennox 90% furnace. Found furnace running with 7.8% o2 9 ppm o in flu. 0 in supply. Found leak in gas line. Confirmed with bubbles. Presented leak to customer repair option HR4. Customer chose option a. Performed repair tested with electronic leak detector and double checked with bubbles with customer to ensure customer satisfaction. No sign of leak at this time 75 RA 137 SA 62 degree delta t. Offered to replace humidifier panel. Customer was instructed to turn off in winter and on in summer. Advised that is not accurate. Humidifier is needed in winter to add moisture content to the air. Completed annual maintenance on a 1994 trane air conditioner. During testing of the unit, the technician found the outdoor fan motor to be leaking oil, the voltage enhancement system to be outside of manufacturers specifications, the voltage distribution system shows signs of age/pitting, no electrical protection device, and overall outdoor unit condition to be rusted/discolored. Customer stated due to age of the unit and type of refrigerant. No longer being available. No repairs will be made. Customer will call in for replacement when unit fails. No issues at time of departure.

Found 35/5 voltage absorption system reading 34.6/4.9. 74 RA 54 SA found no sign of overheating in disconnect or on voltage distribution system. replaced 16251 filter cleaned condenser added tabs to drain. No issues at this point in time

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on ac system. Cannot read tag. Cleaned condenser. 72 RA 52 SA. added tabs to drain founs disconnect door not properly secured in housing. Secured lid properly.customer has young son. Advised and demonstrated how easy it is to get to live wires of disconnect without tools.. Advised to get lock to keep unwanted fingers out. Customer inquired about low airflow upstairs. Advised to keep doors open and possible options to suffice customer will look into mini splits and room sensors. No further concerns at this time

Found no sign of pitting of overheating on voltage distribution system. Informed customer of surge protection and air purification system. Customer is not interested in accessories at this point in time.

Responded to no heat. Customer changed batteries in thermostat. Stated it was working yesterday but nothing is operational today. Found blown fuse. Replaced fuse. Found no sign of short. Fireplace off upon arrival customer stated fireplace would run for 30-40 min then shut off pilot remained on. Found thermocouple good conditions. Found gas valve faulted after a while of running. Supply house closed. Will call tomorrow for quote
