Customer mentioned new system having issues. Doesn’t want to come on when calling from thermostat at times. I found venting drooping in a long run and holding water causing a code 32 for pressure sensors not closing or reopening. I drained water from pipe and put in more strap to obtain a better drop to allow water to flow into furnace. Gasket connection between flue and inducer was leaking. Corrected and set in place and tighten all clamps. No longer leaking water. Changed water panel 12 for humidifier. When testing found small pinhole leak in feeder tube and leaking water onto the floor. Went over on page sh3. Chose sh3a. Replaced feeder tube system and adjusted water pressure and tested. All okay at this time. Completed mechanical, safety, and performance test on furnace. All okay at this time.

Thermostat is low located in bedroom directly next to bathroom with heated floors. Discussed with customer and agreed on moving to hallway near living room. Unable to use current thermostat and equipment module as it requires a three wire configuration to communicate. Went over options on page hh28 to install red link module and vision pro 8000 full wireless thermostat. Chose to go with hh28c. Completed repairs and cycled furnace. Completed performance testing. Combustion analysis good. All okay at this time.
