Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on Rheem air conditioning system. Found 66 RA 45 SA found 70/10 voltage absorption system reading 70/10. Found 188-227 hard start reading 212. Found no sign of overheating or pitting inside disconnect or voltage distribution system. Informed customer of surge protection system. Customer stated he has house protection. No concerns at this time.

No sign of overheating or pitting in disconnect or on voltage distribution system. No surge protection on system. HB7 custoemr chose option a. No further concerns at this time.

Notes: Edit Completion Notes Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2003 Rheem 90% propane gas furnace. Found inducer amp draw high. Reading .9 rated .75. Cleaned flame sensor wiped off system. Pressure switch ports clear. Unit showing age. No other concerns found at this time.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2020 Bryant air handler heat pump system. Found concern with buildup of hair on coil presented issue as well as pictures to customer. Customer is interested in coil cleaning. Discussions with customer lead to customer wanting ecobee five installed. presented hh27a-e. Option a for thermostat. Option b for stat and coil cleaning. Customer chose option b. Found thermostat not ‘emergency heat operational. As well as when calling for heat. Only electric heat will operate. Customer stated he’s never known heat pump to run in winter and stated he bought a cover. Explain to customer that cover will restrict airflow putting tremendous amount of stress on compressor however with current stat situation customer might have been lucky with not running compressor while covered. Five wire running up to thermostat ecobee five has add a wire kit providing enough wires to thermostat. Will inform office tomorrow morning to call customer and schedule a tim

Only concerns technician found is age of furnace getting towards 20 year average lifespan mark as well as rust showing around burners and heat exchanger. Informed customer of concerns no further concerns at this time everything is working properly within manufacture specifications at this time
