Upon arrival customer had doors of air handler open. Presented burned wired stating he saw it glowing red yesterday. Touched it and it broke off sequencer. Cut back overheated wire and crimped new fitting. No damage done to sequencer. Sh3a. Customer accepted. Secured wire to part. Cycled furnace. 10kw heat kit pulling 20 a each. 20 degree delta t. Left new 20251 filter under repair no further issues.

Returned to confirm motor issue for no heat. Customer stated it quit running about a week since last visit. Found thermostat making call for heat. Founs no call at furnace. Diagnostic steps found bad connection in wire to thermostat. Cut and spliced wires. Resecured wired. Furnace cycled on immediately without issue. Motor does have excess noise. Not at fault today so customer wants to wait on repair.

Completed annual maintenance on a 2022 Bryant furnace. During testing of the unit technician found no electrical protection device. Customer not interested in options today. Technician verified successful operation and drainage of humidification system, set humidity levels to 35%, and replaced 35 water panel. Technician reminded customer the company services and replaces hot water tanks. Customer currently has a 40 gal gas hot water tank from 2003.
