No cool on a 2013 Bryant air conditioner. Upon arrival technician found entire unit from outdoor to indoor to be completely frozen over. Technician found air circulation system to have failed. It is unclear if system failed due to water from thawing ice, or if icing was caused by failed system. Customer stated she had a generator installed on Monday and wasn’t sure if system has worked since. CUSTOMER WILL NEED AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE UNIT HAS THAWED. Technician collected $49 service charge.
