Technician responded to a noise complaint on a 2004 Bryant air conditioner. Upon inspection of the unit the technician found large amounts of oil on the outside of the condenser fan motor, and also discovered the fan blade gives resistance when being spun. The customer decided that due to the age of the unit and having r22 Refrigerant in the system he would wait for the unit to die and purchase a new one.
