2023 Review. This is an updated review - just more kudos for S&H Cooling whom we have been using since 2018. Today, we had our annual furnace check-up by S&H. Robby D. was professional, on time, courteous and respectful. I received a text saying that our service tech was on his way, and per usual, I saw the truck on the side of the house, early! As always, we received excellent service, he asked if we had any questions throughout the visit...the usual quality service that we have come to expect from Sears Heating & Cooling, and they hire the nicest people!2021 ReviewWe have been using Sears Heating & Cooling (SH&C) for a few years for maintenance. The service is always excellent beginning with the first call through the end of the service performed. Everyone who works at the company is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.SH&C recently installed a new air conditioning unit. The sales person came to our house, checked out our current system and recommended a few units at different prices. He answered all of questions and provided the total cost for each unit, including installation - no pressure and no surprises. Scheduling was easy - it's always easy. The technicians arrived on time and installed the unit. I really didn't notice that they were there! Two companies never disappoint me: Amazon and SH&C. I would highly recommend Sears Heating & Cooling and will continue to use them for all of our heating and AC needs.
